Labour and Employment Law Society

The University of Toronto Labour and Employment Law Society (LELS) is a student-run organization for students who are interested in the law of work — this includes labour law and employment law, both management side and union or employee side.

We started this student-run blog to share new and interesting developments related to the law of work. Work is an integral part of our society. As a result, the law of work has a considerable impact on our daily lives. This is a dynamic area of law — and has become even more so since the start of the pandemic. We are excited to share some of these developments with you.
